Thanks for stopping by my portfolio!
I am a student at University of Cincinnati’s college of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. I am currently earning my bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a focus in ceramics and print making, with a minor in art history. In the future I plan on receiving my master’s degree in Fine Arts, while updating my art history minor into a bachelor’s degree. I have interests in teaching, owning a community studio, and becoming an independent artist, showing in galleries and exhibitions.
My artistic inspirations range anywhere from Jackson Polluck to Alex Pardee, major names down to family owned businesses. My art is quite eclectic, and I am constantly inspired by those around me. My family, friends, even my cat Zola. I love using art as a form of voice, allowing my soul to speak in ways it never used to. My themes fall back onto the concepts of self identity, the journey of our spirit and conscious, and how we relate to nature and the world around us.
I find art to be an extension of ourselves, and with that we become part of a larger movement of change.
